We love 7 Brew! It’s the perfect midday pick me up and they’re constantly running sales and deals! I tried their Cherry Limeade Energy that they’ve been advertising and it’s great! My boyfriend has found his new favorite with the Sweet and Salty I think! We got both of these for $9!

I wanted to share an experience I had today because it left me feeling genuinely disappointed. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I was waiting to have my order taken. While I was waiting, a former employee arrived in the vehicle behind me. One of the brewistas walked right past my car without acknowledging me and went directly to take the former employee’s order instead. As more employees recognized the former employee, several gathered around that vehicle. There was a lot of excitement, cheering, and conversation happening, which made it difficult to communicate with the manager. I believe her name was Sophia (or possibly Zoey). She could barely hear what I was saying, and unfortunately I never felt like my concern was acknowledged or taken seriously. I completely understand that employees are happy to see former coworkers, and I don’t expect anyone to ignore their friends. However, customers who are already waiting in line should still be treated fairly. Being skipped in line because of a personal relationship is not the level of service I expect. What bothered me most wasn’t even being skipped…it was how little anyone seemed to care afterward. I left feeling invisible and a

I have loved 7Brew for several years. Their coffee is always amazing, and up until today they always have had friendly staff who bring your order quickly. I was thoroughly disappointed after visiting this location to find the staff unhurried despite the line, and an overall feeling that the baristas did not want to be there. I sat in line the longest I ever have (easily 15 minutes or more), despite having sat in MUCH longer lines in major cities such as KC and Memphis that went much faster. I will not be returning to this location. Staff needs to be reminded of 7Brew company expectations.

I came to this 7brew having a great day, great attitude, excited to get a drink with my friend and go to the beach. This employee decided to take out whatever bad mood she had on us. We pulled up, said “hi how are you?” and she had an attitude and did not even ask how we were. No customer interaction, did not leave a good first impression. It wasn’t even busy to have an attitude like that. I ordered, said I was an employee, and she didn’t let us get the discount which we weren’t even upset by because I understand different franchises have different rules, HOWEVER, she did not have to have such an attitude off bat. Did not even say “have a nice day” or anything. If this were the stand I work at, she would’ve gotten written up IMMEDIATELY because 7brew is all about customer interaction and wanting to come back. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to make excuses for someone like “oh maybe she’s having a bad day” because even on my worst day I provide the best customer service and create an environment that brings customers back to the stand. Very very disappointing.

After waiting in line , I order 3 hot caramel coffee , with extra espresso shots All drinks tasted like milk with no coffee or flavor . Very disappointed. First and last time here . Drinks end up in the garbage no point to make another line to complain about the lack of coffee and flavor of their drinks
